Welcome to the marathon training plan section. The marathon, which is 26.2 miles or 42.195 km, is an attainable achievement, but it requires preparation to ensure safety and maximize your results. We advice you to like the 5km, 10km and the ½ marathon into yours marathon training plans, which is roughly 12 months, gives you plenty of time to get ready tot he big distance.

To train for a marathon, it’s helpful to create and follow a training program that involves gradually building up your mileage, strength, and endurance.
