Individidual program for every level to push the limits

Our training plans cater for Brons(beginner), Silver(intermediate), Gold(advanced athletes) and they are customised and adapt to your planned main competitions and the phase of competitions preparation. Your training program is designed to perform and grow your fitness over time and hit your peak in time for your key race. This training process is designed in a good balance between training peak and recovery week in the way to avoid over-tiredness and injury. Each individual trainingsplan is divided into different phases: The General Phase, Build Phase, Pre-Competition Phase, Main Competition Phase(Peak) and Postseason Phase.

Training methods

Every plan is designed with essential elements to avoid the unnecessary over-tiredness and injury. The key is the right integraed approuch with a variation of the different methodes of training, such as fartlek, Endurance power and aerobic endurance sessions, track speed and threshold workouts and race simulation sessions. This methods whem used in the right sequent wil provide a big level of performance ohterwise. For this trainings sessions we will use pace and heart rate wearable measure methods to monitor your intensity during each training program, peak and recovering status and possible adaptation of the training program.
